J-SIGAP: Journal of Smart Governance and Public Policy is a periodical scientific journal published by the Andi Tanri Toalala Foundation and published by Tolala Academic Publisher with E-ISSN number XXXX. It is an independent publishing institution committed to the development of science and the dissemination of quality research. Published twice a year, in April and October, the journal is professionally managed using an Open Journal Systems (OJS)-based editorial system. J-SIGAP accepts articles on research, conceptual studies, and policy practices in the fields of smart governance, public policy, digital transformation of the public sector, and modern public services. The journal publishes scholarly works in the following areas: Smart Governance and e-Government; Innovation in Public Policy; Digital Transformation in Public Services; Citizen Engagement and Digital Participation; Intersectoral Collaboration in Governance; Government Policy Analysis and Evaluation; Technology-Based Governance (AI, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain in Government); and Sustainable and Adaptive Public Administration. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of J-SIGAP should follow the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the assigned format.
